The WELS model is designed to provide a platform for you to develop employable skills while gaining first-hand experience during your management training (Certificate or Diploma). Additionally, you will receive a stipend similar to an internship. This model combines classroom sessions with extensive practical sessions as part of your skill training through On-the-Job training at a partner industry.
Upon completing the course, you may be offered employment by the same company, have the freedom to join another organization, or explore other career opportunities that align with your interests.
Under the "Work-Earn-Learn-Succeed" model, students are required to attend classroom sessions one or two days a week, while spending the remainder of the week (five days) gaining valuable exposure to industry operations.
